Dramatic tale of puppy killed at Wannamaker Dog Park

There's talk of change to protect smaller dogs after a Maltese puppy was killed sunday by a pit bull-mix at the Wannamaker Dog Park in North Charleston.
It's relatively intense (but not gory) story, so if you're a puppy-lover, I'd steer clear until you're ready to be shaken up.
