New online newsletter focuses on Charleston's good news

Two traditional media alum have created a new Charleston e-newsletter for your inbox. Here's the gist: They have new issues each Monday and Thursday that focus on "thoughtful commentary from community leaders and positive news from local businesses, nonprofits, arts groups, governments and civic clubs."

And they aim to do it in a format that will take 5 to 10 minutes to read. Sound good? Then head over to their site. Sound iffy? Stay tuned to TheDigitel, as we'll be pointing out their best.

The publication's first newsletter was released today, November 3.

Regardless, I'm glad to see another group realize that you don't need a middleman's branding to produce great content.
