Charleston Trident Home Builders Association recognizes Lennar's excellence at annual awards
CHARLESTON, S.C. (November 20, 2013) – Charleston Trident Home Builders Association has honored the Coastal Carolinas Division of Lennar, one of the nation’s top homebuilders, with four esteemed PRISM Awards recognizing excellence in the homebuilding industry.
Presented each year to homebuilders, remodelers, developers, contractors, sales and marketing professionals and others who have demonstrated excellence in the industry, the PRISM Awards recognized Lennar and its Coastal Carolinas team in numerous categories.
Lennar took home some of the evening’s top awards, including the PRISM Award for Best Newspaper Ad for Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included™ series of advertisements. Other top honors included the Best Use of Technology Award for MyLennar iPad App, Best Radio Spot Award for the Chocolate Tour campaign, and the Best Product ($200,000 - $300,000) Award for The Daniel at Lindera Preserve.
Individual PRISM Awards went to Lennar Charleston Director of Sales and Marketing Jason Byham, who won Sales Manager of the Year. Five Lennar New Home Consultants shared this year’s Million Dollar Circle Award for closing more than one million dollars in new home sales, including Chris Borriello, Laura Curley, Walker Gregory, Randy Floyd and Pam Woods.
