1. Three Rivers Greenway

Comprising of three riverwalks with overlooks, boardwalks, and lighted and paved trails, the 10-mile long, Three Rivers Greenway is a growing chain of riverfront pathways where Congaree, Saluda, and Broad rivers meet. Enjoy the beauty of the area coupled with outstanding views of the downtown skyline by taking a bike ride along the famous Columbia Riverbanks. 3. Riverwalk Trail

Located in Rock Hill, Riverwalk Trail offers bikers with a unique but pleasing opportunity to experience scenic views of the Catawba River while meandering through the woods. With only a few sections traversing hills, most of this 2.25-mile asphalt path is flat.

4. Mary Black Foundation Rail Trail

Also known as “The Rail Trail” this paved urban trail was once part of the former Norfolk Southern railroad corridor. While connecting many neighborhoods to the historic downtown of the city, the 1.9-mile rail-to-trail conversion which also parallels two major roads will take you past certain amazing recreational facilities, shops, and restaurants in Spartanburg. The trail which is wheel-chair accessible is bordered with many trail-friendly businesses. 5. GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail
