Burroughs & Chapin Co. Inc. plans refurbishments at Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing in 2015, company president Jim Apple said.

Apple said that Broadway is approaching a quarter century of operation and that like anything that age, it could use some updating.

He didn’t want to be specific about what might change and said the company would reveal its plans next year.
