As we reported in December, Burroughs & Chapin did purchase the Barefoot Landing property. The new holding company is called "Barefoot Landing Commercial, LLC" and was filed for incorporation in late January but the final closing of the deal was March 31st. Current tennants have not observed any notable changes to the property or administrative staff.
