Opentable.com released its Diners Choice Awards for Best Brunch Restaurants for 2013. It's a popular website people use to make restaurant reservations online. According to the site, it uses 5 million restaurant reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for more than 15,000 restaurants across the country to compile its list of winners.
