The first lease is for North Myrtle Beach located in the Coastal North Town Center at Hwy 17 and Moss Place. The store will be a 49,000-square-foot Publix supermarket and is expected to open in late 2014.

The second lease is for Pawleys Island in the Pawleys Island Plaza at Hwy 17 & Petigru Drive. The store, part of a redevelopment of an existing shopping center, will be a 45,000-square-foot Publix supermarket and is expected to open in early 2015.
