S.C. Gas prices look set to drop below $2

With the price of a barrel of oil falling to $66.15 on Friday, gas prices in several Southeast states are being projected to go under $2 a gallon.

That's something not seen since 2009.

In South Carolina's bargain-bin company: Mississippi, Tennessee, and perhaps a few other neighboring states. According to GasBuddy.com, prices have already reached $2.14 at some Upstate stations.

With prices so cheap, better start planning your family music mix for the long road trip ahead this Christmas season.
