Rural town's voters are first to cast voter ID regulated ballots
Located between Walterboro and Orangeburg, one doesn't hear of Branchville or itsĀ 430 registered voters very often, but they're in the news today as South Carolina's first citizens to cast ballot under new voter ID rules.
